They argue that the physiology and metabolism of modern humans have changed little since the Paleolithic era. The argument is that modern humans have therefore not been able to adapt to the new circumstances. They argue that modern humans should follow a diet that is nutritionally closer to that of their Paleolithic ancestors. The evolutionary discordance hypothesis has been falsified. While the introduction of grains, dairy, and legumes during the Neolithic revolution may have had some adverse effects on modern humans, if humans had not been nutritionally adaptable, these technological developments would have been dropped. Excessive food energy intake relative to energy expended, rather than the consumption of specific foods, may underlie the diseases of affluence. Molecular biologist Marion Nestle argues that . The evidence related to Paleolithic diets is best interpreted as supporting the idea that diets based largely on plant foods promote health and longevity, at least under conditions of food abundance and physical activity. For example, wild almonds produce potentially fatal levels of cyanide, but this trait has been bred out of domesticated varieties using artificial selection. Many vegetables, such as broccoli, did not exist in the Paleolithic period; it and cabbage, cauliflower, and kale are modern cultivars of the ancient species Brassica oleracea. Weight Loss and Adrenal Stressby Marcelle Pick, OB/GYN NPWe go through periods of time in our lives when the demands are greater and the stress load is heavier. Regardless of the reasons – illness, relationship difficulties, work struggles, caring for an aging parent or ailing child – there can be a physical impact. We may turn to food for comfort, or we may not nourish ourselves adequately. During times of stress there are actual physiological changes that happen in our bodies, one of which is weight gain. It may not happen overnight, but if we do not pay attention to our body’s needs, over time we may notice we are putting on the pounds. Our adrenal glands govern our stress response, by secreting hormones relative to our stress levels. They actually help control many hormonal cycles and functions in our body. When the adrenal glands are overworked, the body prepares for disaster, by storing fat and calories. We crave foods, we lose precious energy, and we gain weight. So how can we keep the heavier stress load from equaling heavier bodies? How stress becomes physical. For millions of years, humans were forced to protect themselves from environmental factors. From the earliest days of dinosaurs and cavemen, nature has proven its ability to put fear in human beings. Life and death circumstances have evolved around the ability to understand danger, and seek protection and survival. If you were being chased by a predator, your adrenal glands initiated a “fight or flight” response, releasing adrenaline and cortisol into the body. These hormones provided extra physical energy and strength from stored carbohydrates and fats. While most of our stressors are not the same a our earliest ancestors, the body’s natural course of evolution has maintained this original fight- or- flight stress response. But whether we are being physically threatened or not, with any increased stress our body looks to its stored fuel, and then replenishes it when used. POPSUGAR; Fitness; Beginner Fitness Tips; Deadlifts For Weight Loss Why Deadlifts Are the Best Exercise For Weight Loss. The recommended weekly weight loss for adult men is 1 to 2 lbs. For millions of years, humans were forced to protect themselves from environmental factors. From the earliest days of dinosaurs and. Weight loss issues related to specific diseases include: As chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) advances, about 35% of patients experience severe weight loss. Also, with increased levels of cortisol, our body also does not respond as well to leptin, the hormone that makes us feel full, so we eat more. Modern- day stress may be more psychological than physiological, but it is also more constant. Many of us face chronic stress as a way of life, which means we have consistently elevated levels of cortisol. Now the body thinks it continually needs extra fuel, and typically stores that as fat around the abdomen, or as it’s commonly referred to, the old “spare tire.”Belly fat: a common sign of adrenal fatigue. Adrenal imbalance causes a number of issues, including an expanded waistline. The science behind it is quite interesting. Normally when we feel begin to feel hungry, our blood sugar drops and the brain sends a message to the adrenal glands to release cortisol. Cortisol activates glucose, fats, and amino acids to keep our body fueled with energy until we eat. Cortisol maintains blood sugar levels, and insulin helps our cells absorb glucose. When we have longterm stress, both insulin and cortisol remain elevated in the blood, and the extra glucose is stored as fat–mostly in the abdomen. Here’s where it gets interesting. Scientists have discovered that fat cells actually have special receptors for the stress hormone cortisol, and there are more of these receptors in our abdominal fat cells than anywhere else in our bodies! In addition, scientists have shown that belly fat is actually an active tissue, acting as an endocrine organ that responds to the stress response by actually welcoming more fat to be deposited! This is an ongoing cycle until we take steps to correct this adrenal imbalance. How do we do that? Crucial Things to Do if You're Exercising for Weight Loss. If you're logging miles on the treadmill and hours in cycling class in the hopes of torching more calories, that's seriously sucky news. Here's how your body makes up for the major calories you torch at the gym: As you get used to your workouts, you might not burn more calories—even if you're consistently active, says California- based trainer Mike Donavanik, C. S. C. S., “Think about your job. When you first started, there were some learning curves, it took more energy and more time, but you became more efficient,” he says. Exercise works the same way. Your body adapts to a specific demand. So you naturally become more efficient, and use less energy . After all, you want to lose fat, not muscle. One obesity study of 4. So how do you make sure every sweat session helps you burn more? Follow these five rules of exercising for weight loss. It stands for frequency, intensity, time, and type—the four factors that determine the exact stress you put on your body during a given workout, says Donavanik. Changing up any one of them “surprises” and challenges your body in a new way. Remember, as long as your body is forced to adapt to progressively challenging workouts, it’s going to burn more calories during every workout. It’s when your body gets used to your current workouts that things start to plateau. In one 2. 01. 3 study from Human Performance Laboratory at the University of Wisconsin- La Crosse, people who performed a 2. HIIT workout torched 1. Overcoming weight loss resistance. These are the systemic imbalances I see most often undermine weight loss efforts and create weight loss resistance. Lose Weight With Morning Exercise. Walk the dog, join a health club, get into running. Whatever you do, you've got to move your body as much as possible if you want. Photo Credit Goodshoot/Goodshoot/Getty Images. Plus, with HIIT workouts, you benefit from the “after burn” effect, which a steady- state cardio just won’t give you. Follow the study’s lead: Perform all- out effort for 2. Rest one minute, then repeat to complete a total of four rounds. Prioritize Clean Eating“If you don’t pay attention to your diet, you can work out every day as hard as you possibly can and not lose a single pound if your calories expended are equal to your calories consumed,” says Donavanik. What’s more, eating junk can make your workouts feel more difficult, so even if you think you’re pushing yourself to the max, you’re not, he says. And sub- max workouts, as you might have guessed, burn fewer calories. He recommends limiting added sugar and focusing on eating lean protein, healthy fats, and whole carbs from fruits, veggies, and whole grains. Pick Up Some Weights. More muscle = more calories burned. After all, while a pound of fat burns only two calories per day, a pound of muscle burns six—and takes up a lot less room, he says. That’s why, in a 2. Harvard School of Public Health study of 1. Don’t Forget to Fuel. While everyone thrives on a slightly different pre- and post- workout nutrition plan, research published in Sports Medicine shows that eating carbs before you hit the gym improves your performance during HIIT and endurance workouts alike. And tougher workouts burn more calories—both during and after your workout, Donavanik says. That explains why recent research published in the International Journal of Sport Nutrition and Exercise Metabolism found that downing coffee (or any caffeine) an hour before your workout can boost your post- workout caloric burn by 1. After your workout, Donavanik recommends eating a meal that’s about 4. The combination will help your muscles recover, get your energy levels up, and have you burning more calories as your body repairs. See Supplements for Cats and Dogs with Liver Disease. Fatty Liver Disease: Diet and Supplements. The normal treatment for fatty liver disease, whether it's alcohol- related or not, is to work toward a healthy weight through diet and exercise. What should have a place on your plate? Generally speaking, foods that fight cell damage, make it easier for your body to use insulin, or lower inflammation can help reverse the condition. Since every person is different, you should work with your doctor to come up with an eating plan that's right for you. A Mediterranean Diet. Although it wasn't originally meant for people with fatty liver disease, this style of eating combines the kinds of foods that help reduce fat in your liver: healthy fats, antioxidants, and complex carbohydrates. Things you're likely to see on the table that you should reach for include: Fish. Fruits. Grains. Nuts. Olive oil. Vegetables. The Right Fats. Your cells use glucose, a kind of sugar, for energy. The hormone insulin helps get the glucose from your digested food into your cells. People with fatty liver disease are often insulin resistant. Their bodies make insulin, but it doesn't work well. Glucose builds up in the blood, and the liver turns that extra sugar into fat. Certain fats in your diet can improve your sensitivity to, or ability to use, insulin. Your cells can take in glucose, so your liver doesn't need to make and store fat. Omega- 3 fatty acids are found in fish, fish oil, vegetable oils, nuts (especially walnuts), flaxseeds and flaxseed oil, and leafy veggies. Monounsaturated fats are plentiful in plant sources, like olives, nuts, and avocados. Steer clear of saturated fats, though. Eat less meat and dairy products. Avoid baked goods and fried foods made with palm or coconut oils. These lead to more fatty deposits in your liver. Antioxidants. Another reason fat builds up is that liver cells can be damaged when nutrients don't break down properly. Fruits (especially berries), vegetables, and some other foods have compounds known as antioxidants that can protect cells from this damage. Some studies found that vitamin E helps with fatty liver disease. Other research points to improvement in fatty liver disease when you take vitamin E with vitamin C and a cholesterol- lowering medicine. Doctors don't know which one of these is responsible, or if all three things are working together. Continued. Sunflower seeds and almonds are good sources of vitamin E. So are liquid plant- based oils with monounsaturated fats - - another reason to cook with olive or canola oil. Scientists are studying other antioxidant foods and supplements to see if they may be good for your liver: Coffee has been linked to lower obesity, insulin resistance, and inflammation. It might also protect you from heart disease and other liver diseases. Raw garlic may improve insulin resistance and help your body break down fats. Green tea, in experimental models, lowered weight gain, body fat levels, insulin resistance, and more. But it hasn't been tested in people yet. Goji berry (wolfberry), a plant often used in Chinese medicine, may slim your waist size. Resveratrol, which comes from the skin of red grapes, can help control inflammation. Conflicting studies suggest its effectiveness is related to how much you take. Selenium is a mineral found in Brazil nuts, tuna, and oysters. They may change how medicines you're taking work, or they may cause other health problems. They may not be helpful if you don't take the right amount in the right way. Choose Your Carbs. Too much simple sugar speeds up the process where your liver turns food into fat. Avoid candy, regular soda, and other foods with added sugars including high- fructose corn syrup. Choose naturally sweet things, like fruit, instead. Complex carbohydrates, such as those with a lot of fiber, are safer. They tend to have a low glycemic index, so they digest slower and their sugar doesn't flood into your body. That can help increase insulin sensitivity and lower your blood cholesterol. Better carbs include whole grains, beans and lentils, and starchy vegetables. Other Key Nutrients. Lower vitamin D levels may be related to more severe fatty liver disease. Your body makes vitamin D when you're in the sun. It's also added to some dairy products. Fish like cod, salmon, and sardines are good sources. It's also in veggies including broccoli, peas, and sweet potatoes, and fruits such as bananas, kiwi, and apricots. Dairy foods, like milk and yogurt, are also high in potassium. Early studies suggest betaine helps protect your liver from fatty deposits. It's found in wheat germ and shrimp. Continued. Alcohol. You shouldn't drink at all now if your fatty liver disease was caused by heavy drinking. It can lead to even more serious liver damage. If you have NAFLD, it's probably okay to have a drink once in a while, but not more than every other month. Sources. SOURCES: American Liver Foundation: . American Liver Foundation - Non- Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease. IMPORTANCEThe liver is the second largest organ in your body and is located under your rib cage on the right side. It weighs about three pounds and is shaped like a football that is flat on one side. The liver performs many jobs in your body. It processes what you eat and drink into energy and nutrients your body can use. The liver also removes harmful substances from your blood. WHAT IS NAFLD? WHO IS LIKELY TO HAVE NAFLD? NAFLD tends to develop in people who are overweight or obese or have diabetes, high cholesterol or high triglycerides. Rapid weight loss and poor eating habits also may lead to NAFLD. However, some people develop NAFLD even if they do not have any risk factors. NAFLD affects up to 2. United States. Read how Nick Giordano, a marathon runner, was diagnosed with NAFLD. RISKSNAFLD may cause the liver to swell (steatohepatitis). A swollen liver may cause scarring (cirrhosis) over time and may even lead to liver cancer or liver failure. SYMPTOMSNAFLD often has no symptoms. When symptoms occur, they may include fatigue, weakness, weight loss, loss of appetite, nausea, abdominal pain, spider- like blood vessels, yellowing of the skin and eyes (jaundice), itching, fluid build up and swelling of the legs (edema) and abdomen (ascites), and mental confusion. DIAGNOSISNAFLD is initially suspected if blood tests show high levels of liver enzymes. However, other liver diseases are first ruled out through additional tests. Often, an ultrasound is used to confirm the NAFLD diagnosis. TREATMENTThere are no medical treatments yet for NAFLD. Eating a healthy diet and exercising regularly may help prevent liver damage from starting or reverse it in the early stages. See a doctor who specializes in the liver regularly. Talk to your doctor about ways to improve your liver health. Lose weight, if you are overweight or obese. Lower your cholesterol and triglycerides. Control your diabetes. Avoid alcohol. PREVENTIONThere are ways to prevent NAFLD: Maintain a healthy weight. Eat a healthy diet. Exercise regularly. Limit alcohol intake. Only take medicines that you need and follow dosing recommendations. NASHThe more severe form of NAFLD is called non- alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH). NASH causes the liver to swell and become damaged. NASH tends to develop in people who are overweight or obese, or have diabetes, high cholesterol or high triglycerides. However, some people have NASH even if they do not have any risk factors. Most people with NASH are between the ages of 4. It is more common in women than in men. NASH often has no symptoms and people can have NASH for years before symptoms occur. NASH is one of the leading causes of cirrhosis in adults in the United States. Up to 2. 5% of adults with NASH may have cirrhosis. Page updated: December 2. Facebook. Wir verwenden Cookies, um Inhalte zu personalisieren, Werbeanzeigen ma. The Headline: Scientists Pit Sourdough Against White Bread—With Surprising Results. The Story: The study compared people’s response to eating two different kinds of bread. One was a white bread, and the other was whole wheat sourdough. That means there are two differences in the bread: whether it was whole wheat or white, and whether it included the vinegary taste that comes from the yeast in a sourdough starter. We normally expect whole- wheat bread to be lower glycemic load than white bread, meaning it doesn’t cause as big a spike in blood sugar after you eat it. This study found that participants’ blood glucose response was the same, on average, on a steady diet of either type of bread. The researchers have one other thing they want you to know: some people did better on the white bread, and others on the whole wheat. They think it’s not statistical noise, but an actual personalized response. They would think that, though: the fine print at the bottom of the study says that two of the authors are “paid scientific consultants for Day. Two Inc,” a personalized nutrition service. If your gut bacteria are programming you to digest one type of bread better than another, it will take a whole lot more research to confirm it. Or as NHS Choices put it: “There are many reasons why you might choose wholemeal bread over white bread, and results from a week- long study in 2. Read medical definition of Aging. The Headline: Babies Sleep Better in Their Own Rooms After Four Months. The Story: The American Academy of Pediatrics has been telling us that babies should sleep in a parent’s room (but not the parent’s bed) for the first six to 1. This reduces SIDS rates, they say. A new study asked some parents to move their child to their eventual sleeping place (typically in another room) around three months. The babies who slept in their own room at four months got more sleep at night, and slept for longer stretches at a time. The Take- Away: So should you move your child early so they get more sleep, or keep them with you to maybe slightly decrease the risk of SIDS? There’s not a clear answer, especially because the risk of SIDS is so very small for older babies. So if your kid’s sleeping arrangement didn’t end up the way you planned, you’re in good company. Zika Is Still Scary. The Headline: Five Percent of US Pregnant Women With Zika Had a Baby With a Birth Defect. The Story: The CDC reported what happened in 2. US who were tested for Zika, turned up positive, and subsequently had a baby. Overall, 5 percent had a baby with birth defects; but among people who tested positive for Zika in the first trimester of pregnancy, that rate was 1. Earlier studies in South America had suggested the rate of birth defects could be even higher, so this is a little bit of good news, sort of. The Take- Away: If you are pregnant, or might be pregnant, don’t get Zika. Travel warnings aren’t going away; check with the CDC about which countries are considered Zika risks before you book your vacation. And if you must go, or if you live in a place where Zika is circulating, use an effective mosquito repellent and other measures (long sleeves, window screens) to keep the bugs at bay. Type A and Type B personality theory. Type A and Type B personality theory describes two contrasting personality types. In this theory, personalities that are more competitive, outgoing, ambitious, impatient and/or aggressive are labeled Type A, while more relaxed personalities are labeled Type B. The two cardiologists who developed this theory came to believe that Type A personalities had a greater chance of developing coronary heart disease. Following the results of further studies and considerable controversy about the role of the tobacco industry funding of early research in this area, some reject, either partially or completely, the link between Type A personality and coronary disease. Nevertheless, this research had a significant effect on the development of the health psychology field, in which psychologists look at how an individual's mental state affects their physical health. After an eight- and- a- half- year- long study of healthy men between the ages of 3. Friedman and Rosenman estimated that Type A behavior doubles the risk of coronary heart disease in otherwise healthy individuals. Subsequent analysis indicated that although Type A personality is associated with the incidence of coronary heart disease, it does not seem to be a risk factor for mortality. People with Type A personalities are often high- achieving . The first of these symptoms is believed to be covert and therefore less observable, while the other two are more overt. The 'Blood Type Diet:' Fact or Fiction? Edward Blonz, Ph.D. Book review of Eat Right 4 Your Type (1996) by Peter J. A diet called The Blood Type Diet has been popular for almost two decades now. Proponents of this diet suggest that your blood type determines which foods are best. Peter D’Adamo, a naturopathic physician, developed a diet based on blood types, which he describes in his book "Eat Right for Your Type.". Japanese blood type personality chart; Type A; Best traits: Earnest, sensible, reserved, patient, responsible and cautious. Worst traits: Fastidious, overearnest. Blood Type AB Diet Guidelines Type AB—Delicate offspring of tolerant Type A and the formerly barbaric, but more balanced, Type B. Type AB’s unique traits. Diet for O Positive Blood Type. Blood group O is considered to be the oldest and the most common of all blood types. The following article provides information about. Type A and Type B personality theory describes two contrasting personality types. In this theory, personalities that are more competitive, outgoing, ambitious. Type B personality, by definition, are noted to live at lower stress levels. They typically work steadily, and may enjoy achievement, although they have a greater tendency to disregard physical or mental stress when they do not achieve. When faced with competition, they may focus less on winning or losing than their Type A counterparts, and more on enjoying the game regardless of winning or losing. Unlike the Type A personality's rhythm of multi- tasked careers, Type B individuals are sometimes attracted to careers of creativity: writer, counselor, therapist, actor or actress. However, network and computer systems managers, professors, and judges are more likely to be Type B individuals as well. Their personal character may enjoy exploring ideas and concepts. Could eating a diet based on your blood type-- O, A, B, or AB -- help you trim down and get healthier? That's the idea behind the Blood Type Diet, created by. They are often reflective, and think of the . While the latter could serve as a confounding variable, the former calls into question whether the findings can be generalized to the remaining male population or to the female population as a whole. Friedman et al. Subjects in the control group received group cardiac counseling, and subjects in the treatment group received cardiac counseling plus Type A counseling. The recurrence rate was 2. Funding by tobacco companies. The industry’s interest in TABP lasted at least four decades until the late 1. CHD) and cancer. Moreover, Philip Morris primarily funded the Meyer Friedman Institute, e. Though apparently unpaid for, this letter was approved by and blind- copied to Philip Morris, and Friedman (falsely) claimed to receive funding largely from the National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute. Also on the whole most TABP studies had no relationship to the tobacco lobby but the majority of those with positive findings did. Type 1 personality is cancer prone, Type 2 is CHD prone, Type 3 is alternating between behaviors characteristic of Types 1 and 2, and Type 4 is a healthy, autonomous type hypothesized to survive best. The data suggests that the Type 1 probands die mainly from cancer, type 2 from CHD, whereas Type 3 and especially Type 4 probands show a much lower death rate. Two additional types of personalities were measured, Type 5 and Type 6. Type 5 is a rational anti- emotional type, which shows characteristics common to Type 1 and Type 2. Type 6 personality shows psychopathic tendencies and is prone to drug addiction and AIDS. As a method of treatment for cancer- prone patients, behavior therapy is used . Behavior therapy would also teach them how to cope with stress- producing situations more successfully. The effectiveness of therapy in preventing death in cancer and CHD is evident. Other measures of therapy have been attempted, such as group therapy. The effects were not as dramatic as behavior therapy, but still showed improvement in preventing death among cancer and CHD patients. From the study above, several conclusions have been made. A relationship between personality and cancer exists, along with a relationship between personality and coronary heart disease. Personality type acts as a risk factor for diseases and interacts synergistically with other risk factors, such as smoking and heredity. It has been statistically proven that behavior therapy can significantly reduce the likelihood of cancer or coronary heart disease mortality. On the contrary, psychoanalysis can increase the likelihood of cancer and coronary heart disease mortality drastically (Citation need. This has no supporting evidence). Studies suggest that both body and mental disease arise from each other. Mental disorders arise from physical causes, and likewise, physical disorders arise from mental causes. While Type A personality did not show a strong direct relationship between its attributes and the cause of coronary heart disease, other types of personalities have shown strong influences on both cancer- prone patients and those prone to coronary heart disease. The study sample were the participants of the Kuopio Ischemic Heart Disease Risk Factor Study, (KIHD), which includes a randomly selected representative sample of Eastern Finnish men, aged 4. They were followed up until the end of 2. National Death Registry. Four self- administered scales, Bortner Short Rating Scale, Framingham Type A Behavior Pattern Scale, Jenkins Activity Survey, and Finnish Type A Scale, were used for Type A assessment at the start of follow- up. Type A measures were inconsistently associated with cardiovascular mortality, and most associations were non- significant. Some scales suggested slightly decreased, rather than increased, risk of CVD death during the follow- up. Associations with non- cardiovascular deaths were even weaker. The study's findings further suggest that there is no evidence to support the Type A as a risk factor for CVD and non- CVD mortality. An analysis of the literature suggests the possible role of Mg deficiency in the susceptibility to cardiovascular diseases, observed among subjects displaying a type A behavior pattern. Experimental data which support this hypothesis are reviewed. Type A subjects are more sensitive to stress and produce more catecholamines than type B subjects. This, in turn, seems to induce an intracellular Mg loss. In the long run, type A individuals would develop a state of Mg deficiency, which may promote a greater sensitivity to stress and, ultimately, lead to the development of cardiovascular problems. Colonoscopy is an examination of the large intestine through a scope placed into the body at the rectum. It is performed routinely every 1. Upper gastrointestinal endoscopy is an examination of the esophagus, stomach and small intestine. It is done to evaluate symptoms only. Combining the two procedures allows them to be done with one dose of anesthesia, which is safer. Obtain authorization for payment. This is the first matter of business once a decision to do an endoscopy and colonoscopy has been made by you and your physician. The physician& #0. Take you insurance card, preauthorization papers and your driver& #0. ID card with you to the procedure. Consult your pharmacist to see which of your medications and supplements must be stopped before surgery. Ask a friend or relative to drive you home, or if there is no one who can do this, the office staff will call for a cab. Drink only clear liquids starting one to three days before your procedure unless told otherwise. Try alternating hot and cold liquids and drink enough to avoid hunger. Have some drinks with salt, such as fat- free broth, and some with sugar such as a sports drink. Take the recommended laxative the day before your procedure to clear out the majority of the remaining material from the colon. Follow the instructions carefully and do not exceed the recommended dose as this can cause dangerous electrolyte imbalances. Ask the pharmacist if your normal medications can be taken with laxatives. Many can not because they will be excreted too quickly to be absorbed, according to the Physician& #0. Desk Reference. Carry out an enema at home if instructed to do so by the physician. This will ensure all remaining material is out of the lower colon to allow a clear view. Mix the contents as instructed by the doctor& #0. Allow the solutions to flow out of the tubing into the toilet to remove air in the tubing, and then close the clamp. Hang the enema bag on a hanger over a door handle near the toilet. Apply lubricant to the enema tip and insert the tip through your anus as far into the rectum as it will pass comfortably. Taking deep, slow breaths open the clamp and allow the liquid to pass into the colon. Keep the enema bag 1. After the fluid is gone, or when you experience fairly strong cramping, clamp the tube and slowly remove the enema tip from the rectum, and then try to retain the fluid for a few minutes to make the enema more effective. When necessary expel the enema in the toilet. Drink nothing at all after midnight the day of your procedure, unless told otherwise by your physician, because an Upper Gastric Endoscopy is scheduled. On the day of the procedure take warm socks and a sweater as the facilities are often air- conditioned. When performing a colonoscopy faster is not better. A study published in the April 2.
